Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order! Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We will attempt to contact the purchaser if it appears as though shipping may be delayed. Please be aware that although the United States Postal Service is generally reliable and the least expensive method of shipping, we have experienced some problems with shipments (lost, damaged, etc.). The United States Priority Mail International service does not guarantee delivery time nor does it provide tracking. USPS Express Mail International does provide tracking. The approximate delivery times are:

  • Shipments within the United States vary by region (generally 2-5 business days)
  • 3 to 5 business days for Express Mail International
  • 7 to 10 business days for Priority Mail International

Please keep in mind that these quotes are NOT guaranteed. Lock Jockey International, LLC will NOT refund, reimburse or resend packages that are lost or damaged. Lock Jockey International, LLC WILL reimburse the cost of the merchandise ONLY after the proper claim procedures have been filed and completed on insured shipments. This procedure will only commence 30 days after shipment and notification by customer. You assume FULL responsibility for your shipment once it leaves our facility. Shipping costs vary by package size, weight, method of shipment, delivery address and whether insurance is purchased. Shipping fees WILL NOT be refunded on returned merchandise.

Return/Refund Policy

Returns must be made within two (2) weeks of date of purchase for refund of purchase price. Original packaging must be included and the tool(s) must be in new condition. Shipping fees will NOT be refunded.
